Then when I get to the window, my total was 12.86 and I handed her 22.86 and I told her my change is $10 and she handed me back eight dollars and I had to tell her my change is $10 even though I told her in the first place While I was handing it to her she is extremely incompetent and doesn’t listen and doesn’t know how to punch in the money and give back change and she doesn’t know how to listen to people’s orders. I requested extra catchup on my cheeseburgers, and my cheeseburgers were dry. Finally, when I got to the window, they asked me if I had two coffees and I told them no I had two cheeseburgers and a fry so they didn’t even know who I was when I got to the window.

I tried using my app but the guy said my item was already used and couldn't use it again. Again? I never used it. I don't think he knew what he was doing. Then I was told to pull up and wait for my food. The drive thru wasn't even busy. My food was gross!!! The fries looked like they had been sitting in the heater and my nuggets did not taste fresh. LOL. That's what I waited for?! Waste of food, time, and money. McDonald's is the only fast food restaurant that will not care if you're dissatisfied. Terrible.
