When I called, they said I’d have to come back in person for a refund because “the card has to be here.” I told them I was already home, and all I got was, “I’m sorry, Miss.” Honestly, this location should let customers know about the price difference before switching items. If I’d known, I would’ve paid extra for a medium. Instead, they charged me more for less and didn’t bother to mention it. Unprofessional and careless service.
