Today 11/13 I placed an order for a #1, 3 quarter pounder just the meat plain which I feed my dogs. The Big Mac okay. No plain 3 quarter pounder patties for my dogs. Another Big Mac by itself with all the toppings. I called spoke to mgr then call dropped? I called back 4 times no answer. The charge for what was supposed to be my patties $16 plus change. Both charges on my bank card. If I am not called back in 1 hour I will stop payment on the 16 ca

Who do I talk to about missing food. I ordered something yesterday and wasnt able to come back the same day to get it. Told that im cant get it on the second day, even talk to the manger the day it happened. So im just out money?

We were here yesterday, we ordered specifically things with the Monopoly pieces per the app. Drinks and a meal. We didn’t receive anything. We were told they were out. We went in to ask a Manager and they said they weren’t out. There was a young employee in there that was incredibly rude to us for no reason. Seems like they are stealing pieces. Super unprofessional.
