Have come here a few times to wait for my car to be serviced and when I needed to get some work done. The bakery items and beverages are not mouthwatering, but the space is nice. The Capital One staff is also friendly and hilarious! Limited outlets, so if you need to charge, this may not be the best space. But overall, a nice ambiance especially when they open up the front gate/windows. You'll see so many different characters (I've seen artists, students, and folks coming in for a nice chat). It's right next to the outdoor shopping space and nice restaurants too.

This review gets overall 2/5 stars: 1 star for the one person who works Friday - Saturday and recognized that I was a regular customer who studies there as a grad student, and 1 star for getting a free coffee because the kitchen didn’t have any avocados available during the opening of the store that morning. It wasn’t until today that I received emails on questioning why I reserved the community rooms on LiquidSpace for more than 2 hours when the website allows me and multiple customers to reserve the community rooms for multiple hours at a times. The rooms are first come first serve; this is what a Capital One worker told me when I first learned about making community room reservations over a month ago. I find it coincidental that I received an email about booking rooms reservations when just last Friday I met another customer who claimed to have been able to do the same thing. She appeared upset that I happened to book her “regular room” and thought I was in the wrong place. After showing her my reservation, she left and said, “Maybe I’m mistaken. I’ve been in this room all week for hours each day.” I wonder if she was ever questioned about her multiple reservations for “extended hours”. I doubt I will return to this cafe being that they seem to make “exceptions” for certain people, yet I’ve honored their room reservation policies when I’ve witnessed firsthand when others have not. I was also informed that they receive “multiple requests on a daily”, but if that were true, that would have prevented me from making several reservations in the future. It appears to be an internal issue with booking rooms between Capital One and Liquid Space, and that issue is not the customer’s fault. Then one of the workers who “attempted” to help me said, “I’ll see what I can do to help, but my boss won’t be happy about you having multiple reservations for extended times.” However, I will no longer support this cafe and seek studying elsewhere. This will hopefully keep his boss happy.

Displeased with service at this location. I was not greeted upon entry and had to wait a few minutes for the barista to acknowledge me and place my order. I said "iced gingerbread latte" and the latte immediately and curtly said "anything else"? And I said "yes can I get that with light ice and oatmilk" and he again curtly says "anything else"? It felt extremely dismissive. There was no one behind me so I saw no reason to rush. A little patience and a smile would have gone a LONG way. I only come here for the free coffee offers I find on Reddit. I would not spend my own money here. The immediate surrounding area is a nightmare to drive through.

I will be closing my capital one account after my experience at the cafe today. I was waiting in line to order drinks, I used to come here frequently on weekends to do work. A banker with a customer comes up behind me in line and asks if I’m in line, I say “yes”. She proceeds to tell the cashier to let the woman with her cut me in line anyway. If this store is going to treat decades-long clients this way in favor of new clients, I will stop being a client. I called the store and they didn’t even apologize, just said they’d tell bankers not to do that.
