They forgot to give my husband his chicken nuggets and he only realized it when he got home, so he sent me to get them since he was tired from work and didn’t want to drive all the way there and back. I understand mistakes happen of course, so that isn’t the issue. The issue was when I went back I had to wait 20 minutes because nobody was tending to the people in the front. Then when someone finally asked how they can help me, they acted like I was a nuisance instead of simply apologizing for the mistake. All I said was the nuggets were forgotten, I wasn’t angry or anything, so the annoyed response definitely threw me off a little… Just bad customer service overall.

Very fast drive thru! The employees are friendly as well. I never have any issues here. Other Mcdonalds locations should strive to be like this one!

Going through the drive-thru is your best bet. If you decide to eat in the dining room, then expect to order at a kiosk or place a mobile order. It seems like there is no dedicated person assigned to front counter so you have to holler for service or get someone to buzz open the bathroom for you. Hotcakes weren't the best. They were stuck together like they just nuked them to warm them up. It was strange how they gave us strawberry and grape jam for the hotcakes and not butter and syrup. I had to go back to the front counter to ask for some. Also, my daughter had a sweetened iced tea and said it was too sweet so my husband had to wait at the front again for someone to help him and they switched out the drink to unsweetened, so she ended up just taking it home and adding her own sugar. Dining room service sucks, so just take the drive-thru if you can.

Saturday Oct 18 at 10am I went to pick up a Grubhub order. The man that handed me the order I noticed didn’t put in the soda so I asked him and he asked to see the order and he took a picture. He sat my bag back with the other orders and worked on other orders. He took an order outside came back in and ripped open my bag and said ““the order can wait I don’t care” I asked him to why he would say that he didn’t care and he denied saying it. But even another delivery driver heard him. Then he was talking about me saying ““she thinks she is special” I said really? I asked him his name he said it was Oliver. I then asked the manager on duty the general managers name and the workers name. I will be calling to speak with Mr. Felipe and speaking with him about his employee. She wrote down Orlan so not sure what his name really is. But do better McDonald’s learn to treat people. All he had to do was get the Coke but instead he was insulting and I waited another 10 min for just a soda.
