    Despite my hold up and my last minute requests at the drive through, the attendant at the window went above and beyond her service and made sure I left served and satisfied 😉

    Went inside for the 1st time in a year. What a disgraceful atmosphere, front counter has been cut down to nothing, no soda machine, no condiments, fewer seats. It makes you feel so unwelcome as a guest. My disappointment is not with the employees but the chain itself, seriously rethink whatever strategy this is I've never felt a restraunt wanted my money less than yours

    We went through a long line at drive through to get ice-cream. That was all we wanted. The machine was broken. Now we became stuck in the drive through line for 7 minutes because there was no exit. When asked for a free child's soda or child's fries to compensate for the wait and the broken machine, wr were told no. Poor customer service. They should have put up a sign up that read "ice-cream machine down, sorry for the inconvenience."
