  We just had a retirement/88th birthday for our Pastor, the food was excellent and looked beautiful .served about 170 meals and there was ample food. Very professional service.

  DJ's did a wonderful job with our catering! Our guests kept going on and on about how delicious the food was - and my husband I absolutely agree! When we initially booked their services, we talked to Rachel, and she was so helpful. She did a great job explaining everything and was very organized (and was very flexible when we wanted to reduce our budget on certain things). The staff on the day of the wedding was so professional and SO friendly. On the day of the wedding, I had a lot of wedding nervousness, so seeing how efficient they were helped ease my stress. They have a great variety of services, and that helped make the wedding planning a lot less chaotic. Would highly recommend if you're looking for delicious food, great value, professionalism...you name it! DJ's California Catering has it all and more!! :)

  DJs is an excellent choice for wedding catering. We worked with Doug and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The food prepared by DJs was absolutely delicious - a lot of our guests told us that it was the best wedding food they ever had (and we totally agree!). All the food was incredible, but we especially loved the tri-tip and churros/cookies for dessert. From the tasting to the wedding day, the entire DJs staff was very friendly and efficient. We would recommend DJs catering to anyone looking for a high quality wedding caterer.

  Unfortunately, I had to use this company because they were partnered with my wedding venue. Despite already paying over $12,000 for 100 guests to eat and drink, their service was incredibly disappointing. We provided our own alcohol, and it still cost us a substantial amount. The staff's unprofessional behavior was unacceptable. For example, when I requested tequila on the rocks, I was unreasonably criticized. Called “anal” by the bartender. Given the significant amount we paid, I expected to be treated with the utmost respect, but instead, my husband and I felt poorly treated. The staff displayed a lack of courtesy, and even though a tip was included in the total cost, they continued to solicit additional money from our guests. Moreover, my sister, who is over 21, was denied service because she did not have her ID, which was absurd since the alcohol was provided by us. Additionally, during the setup, the bartenders refused to serve my maid of honor and me a seltzer before the ceremony because I was so nervous, insisting we wait until cocktail hour. They also denied my grandfather a beer at the start of the cocktail hour because they weren’t “ready”. It was one beer. The staff's unprofessionalism extended to making inappropriate comments about me and the groom in front of guests. Although the owner later offered a nice dinner as compensation, it was not sufficient to remedy the overall poor experience. In hindsight, I regret choosing this company. The high cost did not reflect the service provided, and I would advise others to consider different options for their wedding.

  We hired DJ's to cater and provide rentals for a St. Patrick's Day celebration of life. They already had a corned beef menu available and were very accommodating when I requested to provide our own breads and additional desserts. Lauren was very helpful in getting us set up with a quote and was very responsive with sorting out all of the details. The crew that worked the event- Alex, Yessi, Jerry, and Douglas, were all extremely professional, friendly, and kind. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the rotisserie roasted chicken (and I am VERY picky about chicken!), and many people asked the employees for a card to inquire about catering their own events. They were also punctual and very efficient, making what was a difficult day for me as painless as possible. Thank you again, especially to Yessi, who went above and beyond.
