I waited about 30 minutes for the food, the lady on the phone said it'll take 20-45 minutes for it to deliver, that's fine. I understand they're about to close, but it has now been a little over an hour, no food and when I check the app, it says it's been cancelled ! Absolutely unacceptable. As someone who also works at a fast food joint, I understand the struggle of people ordering at last minute. I was barely coming back from work and was hoping to enjoy their Cheesy Alfredo pasta, and some other things that I ordered for my family. But the only thing I've enjoyed is disappoinment. I understand that theyre about to close but a call would've been nice instead of waiting like an idiot for my food. I would like at least some small compensation for waiting for my food and never getting a call that my ordered was cancelled.
