- LFLarrolyn FordAug 18, 20255.0My friend and I got some Jamba Juice around 2 PM on a Saturday. The store was completely empty, I actually didn’t even know that there was a Jamba Juice over here. Also, right next-door is a Boba spot. Both of the locations were quite empty. They are next to the Krispy Kreme, which is what I think is the most selling point in this area outside of the grocery store next-door, but I did think that was sort of weird that they were completely ghost town over here. With that said, the drink was absolutely delicious, and though inflation is real for the price I guess it was OK. Also, the servers are so kind!

Then she started to make my order, I saw they were offering a free boost I asked her to add protein powder, her tone changed like i was inconveniencing her. Then I asked if she can double blend my order, she looked at me, rolled her eyes and walked away back to register. If you're going to be in customer service, you better take the good with the bad. She didn't finish my order, she let the other guy working finish it. He did blend my order a 2nd time. After he put my smoothies in the cup, I realized the girl took my order wrong. I ordered a small watermelon, she charged me for a med. I didn't want to say anything to her because she prob couldn't handle it if I asked for a refund. Some people shouldn't be in customer service.
