I have ordered curbside here multiple times and I’ve never once received my order in a timely manner. I am always waiting over 15 minutes with nobody coming out to any of the other cars in the curbside spots. This doesn’t happen at any other location I go to.
• The drive-through attendant was seemingly incapable of taking the order and needed to get help.
• The fries we got didn't have any salt on them.
• When they gave us our meal, they forgot to include one of the Big Macs.
• They don't have ketchup inside the store unless you ask for them, which requires waiting in a long line.
• During Monopoly game season, there were signs everywhere saying Big Mac boxes don't come with Monopoly tickets. But we got two Big Macs. And they did come with Monopoly tickets, but they'd been pre-peeled off and stuck back on, presumably so the employees could check for winning tickets.
Big Macs were good though.

Be advised, the order service is really slow. I did driver through, there is wait, and fries they gave you are old. The staff dont know how to mix the fresh batch with the older fries and throw away old hard fries. So what I got is old hard fries. I order via app to pick up in the counter and still have to wait 15 min for my order to be ready. They are missing some operation training. This old lady keep talking about her life story. I will stop coming here. This will be my last time here. Service is getting bad to worst.

I went through the drive-through. I was waiting in front of the speaker for 5 minutes, and nobody spoke to us through the speaker, so we passed and went directly to the window. The lady said she didn't see us, and now we needed to go back to the line. We found out that they had two speakers, but they speak and watch through the camera on only one of them. Please fix that so the customers don't need to wait for nothing and get passed. And educate your staff not to give that look to the customers as if we are lying or something. Very unpleasant experience. It was the short, round lady at the window; the guy who gave us the food was courteous.
