Parking can be kind of hard at times, but that is because of the other restaurants located next door. Other than that, the customers all seem to enjoy the place and the service is great when they get to recognize you.
- AWAudrey WNov 29, 20251.0We come here for dinner at 6pm and first we are sitting there and multiple employees pass us but no one helps us then when someone finally notices the beer my husband orders is not available and its on the menu and it was switched out for something else then we order an appetizer and they tell us they are all out of that too... are you serious??? No wonder this location has to have a sign on the outside saying there open but for what reason when you don't have what people want to order? It's no wonder this place was dead. Do not recommend this location at all.
- RLrobert libaultOct 30, 20251.0Noting the several positive reviews, I will concede that some menu items may be excellent, but our experience during "happy hour (which ends at 5 pm) was sub par. First, beer is the only drink discounted. Non discounted wine is charged at more than twice that price. Our "wings" appetizer was horrible...mostly breaded and fried in a foul tasting oil....likely not even palatable to my canine friends. The staff however is very friendly, efficient and commendable, especially the manager who comped our uneaten "chicken wings"! This is just to warn fellow patrons looking for a happy hour spot....and to advise Karl Strauss corporate management to invest a bit more in their choice of ingredients, as well as the cheap metal stools used for seating (very uncomfortable), which might conceivably result in filling an almost empty restaurant.
