At that level, most people can no longer afford it. Yume Sushi Bar manages to be memorable while still being approachable. We went there to celebrate our twins’ birthday and it was an excellent choice. The service was attentive without being overbearing and the seafood was fresh and flavorful. Prices are very reasonable compared to many other sushi restaurants in the area which makes Yume a solid option without sacrificing quality. The setting is modern and welcoming with choices to sit at the bar, inside at tables, or outside. Food comes out fairly quickly which was appreciated with a larger group. This is not the place for a quiet intimate dinner as the vibe is lively and energetic. The only downside was the temperature inside. It was so cold that nearly every customer looked bundled up as if it were winter. I am not sure if this is intentional or just overlooked but it was distracting. Overall, Yume Sushi Bar delivers on what matters most: great sushi, fair prices, and friendly service. It is an excellent choice for celebrations or for anyone wanting quality sushi without breaking the bank.

The citrus roll and yellowtail sashimi were my favorites. Service was attentive and the vibe is cozy yet stylish. Easily one of the best sushi spots in the Valley. Highly recommend!
