I order a big Mac bundle and I didn't even get the big Mac's and I've been trying to get in contact with the restaurant and have gotten a response it not the first time I had not gotten my complete order

This location has not been serving frappes over 2 weeks, they claim that machine is not working. I have been in line 3 times for 10 to 15 minutes for them to tell the same bs. The least they can do is place a sign outside letting customers know, before getting in line and waste our time.. Exclusively for the ones trying to get frappes only.
