    The guy who handed me the food was awesome. (Would've been a 5-star review). BUT I saw a drink that was right in front of me. I was willing to pay for it, and one of the workers were willing to make it, but the supervisor refused to allow the worker to make it for me. It was a small lemonade with a little strawberry syrup. Initially I wasn't going to give the review such a low score, but her negative attitude towards me warranted the review. Now let's say the drink wasn't supposed to be made, there should be an input to allow it to be made. Shout out goes to the guy who provided excellent customer service, gave me my order, and explained the situation calmly to me in a way that de-escalated my frustrations. I hope you guys promote him.

    My fish fillet didn’t have a half of cheese on it. I asked for extra tartar sauce. They didn’t have On It and it was cold in the middle.

    To whoever was working the drive through speaker at 8:58 am on Dec 18 2025, 2 egg mcmiffins with only egg bacon and Canadian bacon is not hard and should not take three times to redo. Maybe instead of interrupting me at the speaker you would have been able to hear that. Also, you should maybe make sure the windows is closed and I cant see your face before you tell your coworkers it was my fault and laughing in my face, making fun of me. Just a thought. Have the day you deserve.
