It was our first time here, so we were asking normal questions about the menu nothing crazy, just trying to figure out the difference between burritos and ingredients. One staff member was actually helpful and was about to explain things, but another (who appeared to be the owner or manager) stepped in and became extremely condescending. We were told to “read the menu,” had items read aloud to us in a patronizing way, and were spoken to like we were inconveniencing her for asking questions. When I said we didn’t want pico de gallo, I was told it was “Mexican salsa” in a dismissive tone despite it not being clearly listed. The whole interaction was uncomfortable, especially with my son standing there. Customer service matters. A little patience and kindness go a long way, especially with first time customers. Unfortunately, this experience made us feel unwelcome, and we won’t be returning.
