  This was by far the worst drive through encounter I ever had. So I pull in and the server get on the intercom "YEA, GO HEAD" , I was taken back like ain't no way,so I reply "What??!?.." they then repeat "GO HEAD" I didn't even respond just immediately went to the window so I can see and get the name of this RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL person but instead I spoke with the two managers on sight and let them low the type of people they are hiring for a services position need to be re evaluated. Idk if it's mcdonals or Nobu. If you have people working drive through or cashier they need to know how to greet and take orders in a welcoming or at the LEAST decent way especially if customers are coming to break bread with the establishment. Anywho I'm leaving this post about the employee here and will be in touch with corporate. This was the Santee location.

  Overall, the experience at this McDonald’s location is fairly good. The restaurant is clean, service is usually fast, and the staff are polite. Orders are typically prepared quickly and the food is generally fresh. The main and recurring issue is that special order details are often not followed. We frequently request sandwiches without pickles, without sauce, or without ketchup inside the sandwich, yet the items still arrive with those ingredients. This can be frustrating, especially for kids or for anyone with sensitivities. Aside from this issue, everything else is good in terms of cleanliness, speed, and food quality. Paying closer attention to order details would greatly improve the overall experience.

  Great Staff at this location. Aly(Manager) is very good at her job. Nicely done with the staffing here - Keep it up. They are making you look Good!

  I ordered last night 12/2 at 10:43pm via Ubereats. When I got the order it was cold nowhere near temperature for holding according to Food Safety training they receive. I called store yesterday and no answer called today at 9:25am only for the young lady who answered to say no manager was in today and she hung up on me. I am taking this matter to the health department for violation of protocol for proper food preparation for your guests. As I look at the reviews I am seeing I am not the only one who has been getting cold food. We work hard to be able to have money and then to spend 19.94 only to get cold everything.

  I ordered from here and all I got was Fries and a drink. NO BURGER. When I called to report the issue, door dash pointed the finger at McDonald's (rightfully so), McDonald's pointed the finger as a mis order. I called, someone picked up the phone informing me they flagged the ordered. Magically, we disconnected. After that we recieved nothing but busy tones over the phone line after multiple calls over 15 minutes. Clearly this location expects you to pay for their mistakes.
