Then she was unbelievably rude and short to me and wouldn’t let me customize my own bowl. She needs to be fired. I will never come back here and will make sure everyone knows it. Worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed. Avoid this place like the plague.

He acted as though it was a bother for him to serve me. He asked which rice I wanted, I answered white. The amount barely covered 3/4 of the bowl. I asked for more. Then, we moved on to beans. They had no pintos left. The black beans were nearly dried out. Barely received a spoon full of those-I supposed they were rationing. I requested a chicken bowl in the beginning. Barely any chicken. Then didn't want to give enough peppers and onions. The female took over. Another bad attitude. Basically, they want your $, but are crappy about their jobs and will try not to give you your $ worth. The Wilshire location in SM is terrible.

The employees seemed to be frustrated and were transferring this atmosphere to the customers and the area. Actually it was hard for us finding a clean table in this restaurant.
