  All but one employee was helpful and friendly. Everyone one else was rude and disrespectful. It is clear that is the culture promoted by management. I left and went elsewhere, I will never return to this store.

  This store is great! In an area where most grocery stores cater to the hispanic population, it's great to find a store that carries what the other grocery stores don't. Whenever I can't find an item I need, I end up finding it at Vons!

  I love this store and mostly everyone in it except for the new manager who thought it was a good idea to demean an employee in front of me!!! Not cool man.. idk where this guys came from but it’s so unprofessional.. the older pop belly Caucasian man with salt and pepper hair and glasses. I believe his name is Mike , behavior like that makes customers want to not frequent the store

  This doesn't have to do with the store itself this is an app customer service issue. I just dropped my rating down due to my last shopping experience unfortunately. 😭 I used the 3 day cybor deal for free delivery and when my delivery was completed the promo code "freedelivery" was removed from my bill as "expired" and I was charged the $9.35 fee. I tried calling the customer service number many many times and only got a virtual assistant who never connected me to a representative (but kept saying it will). I tried to chat online and it rejected my request and referred me to an online form. I have had great experiences with the store pickup though the app and thought to try the delivery service with the promo code. I'm sorry to say experience with, because the ugly part is the store is just down the street from my house and who wants to pay $10 when i could've gotten the groceries myself sooner! Overall, the Vons staff has friendly employees, always great service and a great place to shop. In person. Virtually, beware.

  My bike was stolen from this Vons due to the negligence of the security guard and to questionable business practices of the manager only cemented the crimes reality, that being they will not help you even if they could, which they can, they simply put will not. But they will tell you why they won't call the police or let you call for a ride even as all my possessions were included on the baby stroller/trailer attached to the cruiser. The security guard had told me upon arriving there that I had less than 5mins to shop so I better hurry, don't bother with the lock, no time. Asked if he would watch my bike as I would only be using coinstar. He watched it all right. Even took the extra step and yelled to me that my bike was indeed being stolen right then. I yelled "security" and he of course has the title but not the pay grade I guess. I chased after my bike for a Good 10 mins before my lungs quit and I walked back. I had left my coins in the machine and never got a ticket to redeem any upon asking management. He gave me $3 and said the store was closed now. I said what lol they stop coming to grand theft. My possessions of value greater than $1k were secured to the bike or trailer. And I needed to see who it was as his friends were still outside the business acting as if they did not know who that terrible guy could be. I have an idea. The manager knows and the security couldn't care if he wanted to. I have yet to contact corporate or the Vons store staff at all as it is still fresh and I still am in a state of loss and denial as to this incident. Police contact was DENIED me by the manager of the store... When is it ever his choice. I did not have means to call 911. some judges rule that as kidnapping. Here is just a bad business. Copy and repost so society can witness the degrade of social structure and security.
