I went to McDonald's for breakfast. I ordered a breakfast platter and asked the cashier if she could modify my platter. She refused to do so even though I told I was able to pay the difference. I called the manager Valentina to complain and she wasn't much help she basically sided with her employee. SHAME ON YOU MCDONALD'S FOR NOT modifying someone's meal based on their dietary restrictions. Please retrain your staff especially Valentina.

If I could give NO stars. I would. They are so so slow and no they were not busy during my visit. My husband is DEATHLY allergic to onions. His throat will swell up instantly. Obviously he ALWAYS says no onions. So after the food took well over 25 minutes to get you'd think it'd be fresh and correct. Absolutely NOT. He came out side opened his burger and checked it just in case and not only was the meat old and hard looking it had onions still on it even though they thought they could brush them off? It took so long he was about to pick off the remaining onions and just eat it. But I told him to take it back inside because one it's old and we weren't going to risk it. Another 15 to twenty minutes later he came out and told me that at first they argued with him saying he didn't say no onions and he was a liar until he showed them his receipt that said in all caps NO ONIONS they said they'd make a new one well they did said the order mcdouble no onions and put it in another order and just left him standing up at the front like i said for 15 more minutes until he had to say "so am I getting my burger with no onions or what?!" Jesus thank goodness we used a gift card. They are not worthy of our hard earned money.

Went to this McDonals and waited 10 minutes in the drive thru. The speaker doesn’t even work and you can barely understand what they are saying. I just decided to drive off. Worst experience at a McDonalds!

This is the worst McDonalds I ever ordered at it took them almost 35 minutes for them to give me a McRib sandwich it was not really hot and the Fries were cold too the the people working there are very very rude I will never advise any one to eat here my grand daughter ordered the breakfast sandwich it was really hard and if you complain about the wait or food they get mad and the manager a man that I spoke to is very rude and very unprofessional I will never eat here again and I’m making sure to post this every where so please will know this McDonalds is terrible
