    I went to the drive thru and gave them my code for for a dree MCChicken. The girl said its showing connectivity issues. She asked if I was ok paying. I said no I have points I want to use. While showing het the app and my points they enter the code and it days connectivity issues. The manager comes to the window with an attitute and says I cant give you the sandwich you have to pay. I said why when its your issue. She had such an attitude and treated me like I was bothering her. I asked for her DM's card and the phone number to complain. She handed me a dirty business card with the store number on it not corporate. The mgr name was Daysi and a name of Brex written on the card. I have no idea who I was dealing with bc while I took a pic of the number to report issues at the window she slammed it closed. The rudest and most incompetent manager. I have been a manager of a few teams in customer service and would never treat people like this. I know customers can be challenging but we dont deserve what I experienced from that team today. Im usually the person to stop people from treating staff badly. I speak up for them. Truly a slap in the face to me as a customer to be treated so badly today.

    No sure what her name was but I do believe she was the manager she wore glasses, it’s Christmas Eve she had a ever nasty attitude when I ask her for creamer for 2 coffee I ordered

    I’m honestly shocked by the experience I had today. From the drive-thru speaker to the window, the attitude was nonstop. At the first window I was asked, “Did you even order already?” even after repeating my order. At the second window, they tried to give me the wrong items, insisted my frappe “wasn’t charged,” and kept pushing a hot coffee at me even after I said I didn’t want it. When I asked to just pay the difference, I was told there was no register, and the employee just shrugged when we said we’d go inside. Inside, the manager initially gave attitude too, but eventually apologized, made the drinks, and didn’t charge the difference which I appreciated. To the employees at the drive-thru, I truly wish you the best in life. Unless you want to work at McDonald’s for the rest of your life, change your attitude because a high salary job will never tolerate the bare minimum & you can’t even offer that.
