    As soon as we walked in, we were seated right away. Instead of the usual chips and salsa, they brought out two warm Conchitas—a small but thoughtful touch, and absolutely delicious. I ordered the Menudo, and it was so good. It had the exact pieces I love—the chewier cuts (not sure which part of the animal they are, but they’re my favorite). My husband ordered taquitos along with a breakfast combo, and everything was delicious. He cleaned his plate completely. The atmosphere is very family-oriented—warm, welcoming, and comfortable. It honestly feels like a Latino version of Denny’s, in the best way. On top of the excellent management, we had about four different waiters check on us to make sure everything was good. That level of attentiveness is such a great detail and something you don’t find in most restaurants these days. Rafael was our waiter - very quick, efficient and friendly.
