  I come from Los Angeles to Irvine just for “I Heart Pancakes”, and the quality of this restaurant never changes. The staff are always friendly and professional and the food is high quality and absolutely delicious. The owner’s hospitality is truly the best. Highly recommended!

  I was just there today. It was our first time and will be our last time. When i was ready to pay i asked the cashier to split our checks. On my card i asked to be charged $70 and the rest of the amount on my wifes card ($49) Total was $119 and cents. When i checked my card valance i noticed it said $84 instead of $70. I checked the redtaurant receipt and it only said the amount paid by my wifes card ($49) but not my amount. The cashier over charged me $14.00 with out me been ok with it. Bad experience and will not be back again. U dont money from any body even if its for a Tip. Tip is Optional.

  Review based off takeout. Quick service, meat lover's omelet very good, bacon avocado was good but avocado didn't taste that great. I like the pancakes but they forgot to give us syrup, only minor flaw but overall good place and friendly staff. Highly recommend

  Food was good service ok the only bad thing was that someone open the kitchen door and someone was eating behind the line that's a no no thanks

  Got the classic pancake combo with strawberry cheesecake. Bacon was good and crispy, the pancakes were pretty good, not as good as black bears but worth getting again and the hash browns were pretty good despite only the top layer being fairly crispy.
