I went to the counter to pick up my burger and literally none of the staff acknowledged there being myself and 3 others at the counter. Its really annoying when you have a 30 minute lunch and you are literally standing there waiting for someone to turn around. To make things worse a door dasher came in after the 3 of us, cut in front of all of us and was able to get her order. So I yelled out to the employee like she did, and said can I please get my bag on the counter there. I told him I was before her! He seemed unphased by my comment and more annoyed with me. I suggest you get a person to tend the counter exclusively during busy lunch hours. We are punched out at work and are in a hurry. Don't advertise that we will save time ordering on-line if we just have to wait and be ignored inside of the restaurant just to pick up a simple order.
