- LPLydia PayneDec 25, 20253.0The store itself is fine, smaller, but a good selection and fresh products - HOWEVER - there's one cashier that has absolutely no business dealing with the public. It's Christmas, and they were open until 3pm. I ran in at 2:30pm to pick up a couple quick items (was out by 2:45pm). There were constant announcements (every couple of minutes) about the store closing at 3pm - which is fine, except these weren't "nice", they were crabby and one of the annoucments even said in a crabby tone "We want to spend time with our families too" - that started the bad taste in my mouth. What got 2 stars deducted, and left a VERY bad taste - as I was checking out in the self-checkout, the cashier next to the self checkout (an older lady with dark/reddish hair) was having a very loud (and she was being not nice) conversation with the two employees over in Self Checkout (who were wonderful, nice and friendly), trying to bullying them into locking the doors - RIGHT NOW! She literally said, very nastily and loud enough for everyone around to hear (the customer she's ringing up, the customers in her line, everyone in self checkout, etc...): "I'm leaving at 3:15. If you don't want to lock the doors now, they'll (referring to the CUSTOMERS) be here until 5, and you can stay and ring them up)." Way to make your customers feel appreciated and valued... I get it, working Christmas sucks, but that attitude toward your customers is unacceptable, and is a complete turn off. I've been a cashier, I've worked retail - and I NEVER would have done something like that in front of the customers. It really makes me want to take my business elsewhere.

The customer service is absolutely terrible. They have absolutely no interest in being polite or helpful in any way shape or form. Reliably awful. Store is old and dark and dank. I cannot adequately emphasize how terrible the customer service is.
