The picture posted was when my girlfriend and I went and we were the only people in the restaurant, so they weren't rushed, and it looks like they just sloppily threw both of our burgers together. That much ketchup/mustard on both sides of the patty? Why? By the time we started eating after the 4 minute drive back to our home the buns were so soggy from the excessive amount of ketchup, mustard and mayo, we just could not finish them. Also while eating my burger I bit down on something rock hard and now my molar hurts.

Floor was covered in peanut shells like a bad country bar. Food was ok, burgers were way overcooked, they had about 15 patties going and with limited staff not getting much attention. Prices have gotten crazy even for California. Family of 4 sharing 1 drink is $75 bucks with no frills and little kids burgers. I see how In-n-out dominates. Won't be back..
