The lamb was superb! I’ve had lamb in the most prestigious french restaurants in the Bay and it every time it was garbage cus it was not cured correctly. This is the 1st time I had properly cured lamb in like 10 years in this county. Organic from Australia,No gaminess, perfect! Anyway Eeerything looked good so I ordered so much food for me and my friend 2 people. It was enough for like 6 to 8 people! So I thought we will have leftovers for dinner, We couldn’t stop eating and finished it! I was so happy and sick full at the same time lol. Best persian bbq! The owner was there. He was very nice, turns out he is a reggae drummer too, cool guy. 10/10!! I will be back once I digest this in 20 days. I think I will fast for now.
