If you’re not going to handle a simple follow-up or even bother to respond, just be honest about it instead of wasting customers’ time. Extremely poor service and very unprofessional. That’s why I came back and ordered almost the same dishes — but this time the food was completely different, to the point that it was hard to believe it was the same restaurant. The Big Plate Chicken （大盘鸡）was sweet, which was very strange. The hand-pulled noodles （拉条子）tasted only like cumin — no salt, no sweetness, no balance, no other flavor at all. The roasted lamb leg （烤羊腿）tasted like pure curry powder, with no salt or proper seasoning. The peppercorn chicken （椒麻鸡）was not marinated at all, it felt like cold chicken taken straight from the fridge and quickly tossed with sauce before being served. This doesn’t feel like a difference in personal taste — the basic seasoning and flavor balance were clearly off. The gap between my last visit and this one is honestly shocking. I’m writing this with genuine disappointment, not anger. I used to really like this place, which makes this experience even more upsetting. I truly hope the restaurant can pay attention to consistency, because losing returning customers like this is really unfortunate
