Had to go here while visiting the city just because of their commercials since it actually exists! If you pay with a capital one card you get half off drinks! I had a cinnamon maple iced latte with cold foam and it was delicious! Staff here are friendly even if you are a silly tourist like me!

How do I bank at a Capital One Café?
Capital One Cafés offer a modernized, friendly approach to banking that provides a low pressure way to get support. While we don’t have traditional bank tellers in our Cafés, customers can use our self-service options to get everyday banking done., even on the weekend. Ambassadors are on hand to assist you along the way with your banking questions, and can even help you apply for an account. Capital One Checking account holders can use Café ATMs fee-free to check their balance, deposit or withdraw cash, make credit card payments and more. Come in for everyday banking–stay to enjoy a handcrafted beverage. You can also:
- Replace, reissue or activate your debit card
- Lock and unlock your debit card
- Change your debit card PIN
- Receive sign-in support
- Update account information like your address, phone number and email address
- Place or remove a stop payment on a check or ACH

Account holders (18+) can reserve a nook—a private workspace with tables and outlets—when they’re in the Café or from their Capital One mobile app. When in the Café, visitors can scan the QR code on the door of the nook to access the reservation portal to complete their booking. As of December 2024, account holders can make reservations in the Capital One mobile app by searching for their preferred Café, viewing the details of that Café and selecting "Reserve a Nook" to access the reservation portal.
