- EMEdel MarcelinoJan 31, 20191.0Seems like a great place with fun activities. However we had a party and the service was horrible. We had a party if 40+ and they only gave us 20 plates and cups. We had to track down the servers multiple times to get thing. I also ordered a drink and waited like 10 mins, then when I asked a server about it he gave me attitude saying "oh that is made downstairs and it takes a while" as if I was bothering him by checking on the status. One of the bowling Lanes was broken in our area which was part of our fee. When we asked if it was going to be fixed the server told is "oh it's broken" and just walked away. And our guest noticed multiple times that the servers were just goofing around on the other side of the wall near our area even though we ran out of cups/plates. The food was OK at best and kind of weird. Honestly would not go there to eat, but the shakes are good. I would highly hesitate going here again unless the service was greatly improved.
