I drive tru and order 2 for 6 dollars sausage muffin,I'm surprised the egg is rotten i can really smel itl the bread and sausage it taste sour they should serve it fresh im glad we did not eat it we would be sick I did not call and complain is only 6 dollar but I'm not coming back there anymore

Honestly I didn’t want to have to even write this but at this point it’s very sad that every time I come I ask for my sandwiches plain due to my allergies, I have to end up coming back to remake my food. I’ve never been the type of person to sit at the window and check my food because I know how it is to work in this type of work environment but tonight is the day that changes. 11/07/25 I come back to have my food remade plain and the manager decides to step in and ask me for my receipt when it wasn’t given to me and then tellls me that I switched out my burger for my brother in laws sandwich when they were both the same. My point is that as the person in charge you should just take your mistake and fix it instead of trying to argue, especially when I came respectfully to get my order fixed. The manager then proceeded to ask me if I needed a prayer which is totally out of line considering the situation and honestly im very disappointed in this store and I hope that young man Rudy realizes how to better his managing skills because with someone else this could have gone another route and we all in the fast food industry know this!!! Please to his higher ups refresh his training!!! 0 stars

I went there on a weekend and the drive thru was packed. So I went inside and a girl attended me. Wow! She was so nice and patient even though they were super busy. Amazing!!! Keep up the good work girl!!!

Anytime I order from the app, I am always missing straws, napkins, sauces. Food looks like it was put together by Stevie Wonder. I literally listed 7 napkins, 1 straw, 2 ketchup, etc. Just IN CASE the person forgot to pack what is supposed to be inside of the bag. No napkins, no sweet and sour sauce for the chicken nuggets, no ketchup or straws. Make it make sense? And multiple times it has happened. I understand folks want livable wages but the fact the obvious items that go with an order aren't even put inside the orders. Considering that a consumer is paying 10 dollars extra for delivery and what not you would think the order would be right. Wrong. Again, this has happened multiple times through the McDonald's app. 👎👎👎👎
