Both of our burgers were gross and hard, and there was no sauce on the Big Mac. Ordered a quarter pounder without the bun plus extra lettuce and mayo, which I paid more for... it came without mayo, lettuce, pickle, and onions. Literally a plain burger with cheese. Combined with the mediocre patty, I threw half of it away. On the plus side, the fries were hot and fresh!

Ordered from the kiosk with option to pay at counter. Waited twelve minutes while the woman working spent most of the time in the back. Another two minutes before the manager canme out to take my pay and wait on the other two people in line. When I brought the situation up to the manager, he was dismissive and argumentative. Refused to take responsibility for he and his staff leaving the front unattended for so long. When I said I would let Corporate know of his attitude, he merely said "Whatever. Do what you gotta do " Terrible customer service all around. Lastly, the small order I had was not completely correct. Not recommended at all.
