I had a very serious incident involving delivery of McDonald's food. I called the manager, Joyce, of the McDonald's one block away. She made absolutely no effort to help me. I called McD customer service and just got an robot who did not have my problem in its vocabulary.

I love McDonald's, I love the app. It's very convenient to order your food ahead, pay for it, and pick it up through the drive-thru. However, the last time we ordered somehow my order got lost. I ordered it in the app. I paid for it in the app. Went to the restaurant, and they couldn't find it. I had to order it at the window. Had to move up to the secondary window to wait extra for my food. Made me late back to work from lunch. I did get my money refunded from the order I paid for online, but not my points that I used for the order. This is the first time that this has happened to me, but it's still disappointing.

Tried to pick up my online order and manager refused me. Didn’t even ask me anything when I got there, just stared out from her window. Came up to me only when there was another person and told me to just cancel my order. My order was paid for already!! Worst experience, do not recommended coming here.

This is the best McDonald's I've been to. They have the FRESHEST breakfast sandwiches and the service is always great.

I don’t expect much from McDonald’s, but the manager Maria went above and beyond. I ordered to the wrong location by mistake, and she helped fix it and even matched my discount. Really appreciated the great customer service—rare to see these days!
