I placed an order at 10:52 a.m, and waited until about 11:20 a.m before I realized that my order isn’t even being worked on. To make matters worse, my order disappeared from the monitor that tracks the orders. As I stood at the counter for several minutes waiting for help, but obviously being ignored, my buddy literally had to yell to get their attention. I told the worker that I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes and that my order had disappeared, and she responded with a very annoyed tone, “we’ve been calling your name and you never got up to pick up your order!” The order that she was calling was not even close to my name. I also had two buddies listening out for my name. She then realized that my order was in fact never made and proceeded to look for it in their historical orders. Since my order number disappeared from the monitor and the McDonalds app, I had no way of showing them proof that I had placed an order. After some more digging, they were able find my COMPLETED/ CLOSED OUT order which I never received. Scummy behavior for a billion dollar company. And the fact that they were giving me attitude the whole time is the most baffling thing!!! I wouldn’t even let my worst enemies eat at this McDonald’s!!!
