  Cannot get an order right to save their lives. Literally every single time I come to this location, they mess something up whether it’s rushing me when ordering and missing items, forgetting to put items into the bag, or missing customizations. They don’t make the fries right, either. They’re always cold and floppy and sad. It’s the closest to my house, but I’d rather drive the 20 minutes to get food that is properly prepared. Every time I give them another chance, I regret it. Stay well away from this location.

  Board of health has been notified in San Diego County. Female bathroom had feces on the floor and sink . Place smells like ( bathroom) a septic system exploded. Extremely bad violation.

  Today at 11am this McDonald's does not care about the safety and well being of the guest. My kids and I were eating when this man didn't order and was spouting off in front of people. Scared my kid Employee said that they can't deny people even if they don't order . No way am I spending money to be harassed. See pictures. Man wearing pink pants ( black man with dreads)

  The Gothic looking cashier today, Sunday, November 9, 2025, called my mom a " ho" because she asked for something. Then this female cashier with black eye liner stopped waiting on customers and started giving out free food to a handful of young black boys. I asked for a supervisor, the manager said they were too short staffed to deal with it. The service is 45 minutes and the customers were leaving.

  My main complaint is that the coffee lid always smells like cologne or body spray at this location (and some others) so, every time I take a drink of coffee it doesn’t smell like coffee even after removing the lid. Another issue is that there is no point in ordering the condiments you want in the app, because when you get your order ‘you get what you get’ I asked for strawberry jelly, got grape, I asked for Picante Sauce, got none, and these two issues can ruin a person’s entire meal. I will say one thing, for the first time ever, today the bacon was crispy and that never happens. Ever. Lastly, for being one of the first customers of the day my hash browns should have been piping hot, but they were not hot. Thank you
