I purchased at another McDonalds and completed the receipt survey and got the code. She told me I can’t use it here and she only takes coupons from this McDonald’s. Who the heck is she? McDonald’s please help her and train her. That was the most stupid line I have heard EVER. There are multiple locations of this franchise for a reason.

We waited in one of the 2 outside order services for drive-through and watched as 4 cars on the opposite side went through before they took our order. When we complained, the person taking our order became short and very rude! At the first window( which we were instructed to go to) the person said that the cars that were ahead of us had mobile orders. Nothing was mentioned to us nor did they even ask if we had a mobile order. When we asked to speak to a manager, we were ignored. After we received our food, they abruptly shut the window on us. Finally, after honking the horn to get their attention, the manager spoke to us. He really did offer an satisfying answers as to how he would handle the situation. We left with the idea that we will not go to this particular McDonald's agaim again. Oh well, lesson learned.
