    I ordered 2 value meals and wanted lemonade with that instead of soda pop. They told me it was a extra 2 dollars. After I paid they didn't give it to me. When I went back end they were very rude and pretended that I didn't pay for the lemonade. After I proved it they gave me 1 water and 1 lemonade. I went back again and was accused of being petty over 94 cents. I've been spending money at McDonald's for over 30 years. How dare these people offend me like that.

    The manager who was working front and drive thru was extremely friendly, he brought us extra sauces without us asking and was extremely polite! Multiple different customers came in with rude attitudes and demands but he was able to handle it very well. One of the sweetest mcdonalds staff iv ever had.

    They forgot to give me half of my order. I went inside with my receipt to ask for the items I paid for, and instead of fixing their mistake, the employees accused me of “having the rest in my car” and trying to get free food. Why would I waste my time going back inside if I already had it? Instead of providing basic customer service or even checking the cameras, they argued with me like I was lying. Completely unprofessional, rude, and honestly embarrassing on their part. If you come here, double-check your bags because they clearly don’t.
