I’ve ordered online pick up 5 times from this location and I ALWAYS have to go back to the counter because there’s ALWAYS an item missing from my order. This time, I got charged and received the wrong item when I ordered online a DOUBLE quarter pounder and instead received a REGULAR quarter pounder. Honestly I wouldn’t recommend anyone to order from this place. (Never ordering from this place again)

Even if you pre-order in the app, you still have to wait. 30 minutes for a McDouble and McNuggets. Insanity, take my advice. Spend the extra 5 minutes driving to the Hillcrest location.

It’s most 5 am ! Come on McDonalds! Audit this place . They don’t mind wasting your time. And they use tiny kids buns for the sandwiches
