    I love how when I spend my hard earned money on items that come half full. Its humiliating that fast food places thing they can get away with this crap. Fill up my drink, like you care!

    This location has terrible customer service, go to the one in Carmel mountain instead. Their system had an error and took my money but they didn’t give me my food. I eventually got a refund, but they can’t refund the time they wasted of my lunch break. Good customer service would have been to give me my food anyway

    They put onion on both of my kids meals even thought we specifically ordered without onions, they also put cheese, which we didn’t ask for. Horrible cooks.

    This place is bad, bad, bad, bad, bad. Hopefully you are reading reviews before you come here to suffer. Want bad service? Want employees who talk bad about you in front of you while speaking another language assuming you don't understand? Want the wrong order? Want a business who pretends they can't process refunds? Want a business who acts like they are out of items or their machines are constantly down? Want to be passively aggressively punished for asking for normal service? Oh boy, this is your spot. Want a normal business with normal standards? Skip this place. Fast.
