Long waits, food is often cold, often sold out of common items, speciality coffee not available, and if you order through the app, they will cancel your order without reason when you've ALREADY ARRIVED. (Like at least tell me before I leave) and the last order cancel was 15 before breakfast was over. You do know you're supposed to MAKE breakfast until the cutoff time???....but they were probably running out and just didn't want to make it fresh for the order. Lazy and Horrible. Location is wonderful and the people are friendly.....just the food, quality, the process and availability of items...NOT GREAT. Sad because the location in this plaza is convenient and beautiful.
