- APAilani PerezDec 14, 20251.0If i could give this place ZERO stars i would. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. My family of four ordered our food to eat there, my parents ordered two coffees with 5 creamers and 5 sugars for each coffee. When they got their drinks there were extremely sweet and cold, my dad kindly went up and asked them to be remade even if he had to pay for them. The person who took our order ignored my dad as he was talking and WALKED AWAY. When my dad asked for the manager she said “If you didn’t want them cold you shouldn’t have asked for 10 creamers”. My dad then said “No they were supposed to be 5 and 5 for each coffee” the person who took our ordered did not even try to jump in and fix the mistake. The manager literally YELLED at my dad. She was so disrespectful. When i went back up and asked for her name, I realized she was not wearing a name tag. To now I believe it’s on purpose that way customers can’t complain about her to corporate. After gathering our stuff my father said her name is Denise. I seriously want Denise out of that place and every other worker who is rude and disrespectful.

I would rather go to the McDonald’s in Poway where we are treated with respect. The manager/lead who was working on12-04-25 around 10:15pm is unbelievably rude and unprofessional and refused to disclose her name after an unnecessary interaction. She refused to let me use my rewards to get my frappe. I told her I would not leave the drive through without receiving my drink that I used points for. Points were actually deducted from my account which I had showed her and slammed the window walking away. I was nothing but respectful to this lady and even spoke to her in Spanish to relieve the language barrier. After a 20 minute wait a gentleman decided to hand me my drink. The lady refused to disclose her name.I will be taking this up with HR.

Saying good morning, thank you, and have a nice day. Maybe its because I'm old school, but this is by far the best McDonald's experience I have had in YEARS.
