Seems like financially struggling and milking each table. Would be more successful as a comfy Italian place with $25-$30 entrees.

When I showed up on time to pick up my order, I was told to wait for at least another 25 minutes. When I asked the reason, the manger kept saying they need more time to cook a certain item since the order didn’t go to them early, “otherwise, do you want to take the food cold” said the manager. There was no notes on that item but only showing the time my order will be ready in the email. I felt I was blamed and punished to wait for my order for an extra time. I like the pizza at Buca (sad it’s cold after the long wait) but was super upset on how the manager handled a situation like this.
