Tried to make a phone order and was having issues with the automated line. Called the restaurant directly as i was sent a text and told to do so from the automated line.The lady answered the phone with an attitude and would not help regarding my order. Bad customer service will not be returning

As usual, the food, was excellent! However, the service was poor this time. I ordered, and paid in advance, online because I had a meeting to attend. I arrived 17 minutes after I ordered. When I arrived the cashier was packing orders and did not acknowledge me arriving or waiting. After 3 minutes I said "Hello" and, without turning around she said "..just a minute...". Two minutes later as she walked towards me I told her I had an online order and had to get to a meeting. She proceeded to pass out orders to the door dash drivers (who all arrived long after I had been there). When she finished those three drivers, she again asked my name. Without saying anything, she disappeared. It became obvious that my order was not ready. I waited a total of 17 minutes before I received my order with no acknowledgement as to why, no apology and, most importantly, no conversation at all. I will return to give them another chance because the food is good. But...this cannot happen again. Suggestion: Acknowledge when a customer comes into the restaurant; let a customer know why they must wait; offer something (soda, dessert, etc.) when you make a customer wait for an extended period on an online order.
Customer service sucks!! Some little short young woman was rude as hell. My first time ordering from this place and I did it online and it said it closed at 1am and I ordered at midnight and said my order will be ready at 12:08. I got there at 12:07 and the door was locked but the sign said open but they were closed. I come the next day to see if I can pick up the order that I was charged for and the woman at the counter said she wouldn’t know who I needed to talk to so I just said can you just make me what I was charged for the night before. She said “well you should’ve just said that”. Not understanding why I got that response for something that wasn’t my fault and their wrong doing.

First time ordering from here and I was thoroughly pleased. The food is cooked well and very tasty!! They have a large menu. Fish, chicken, shrimp, Crab cake, lobster tails, Gumbo and Jambalaya and more. All orders are served with fries and they were delicious too. We ordered, catfish, scallops, and fried string beans...yum. My grandson ordered a build your own, which consisted of shrimp, chicken wings and catfish. He ordered a side of mac&cheese, said that was okay, not sure if it was homemade. They have waffles and large selection of desserts. Service was quick and efficient. Would definitely go there again when I return to this area. If you want some good seafood, give Ray's a try. You won't be disappointed. Sorry, didn't take pictures of the food...to busy eating. My only complaint, they only take phone orders through AI... not a fan of that.
We were so excited to try this place! Fish chips is my fave! Heard so any good things but Unfortunately we were unable to try the food because the girl at the counter was too busy chatting and flirting with the dudes standing at the counter. There was a guy in front of us, literally standing at the register the whole time we were there getting ignored. Idk if the guy in front of us had already ordered but he was looking around and stepped closer to the counter a couple times. When were completely ignored while we were there. Smh super annoyed and upset we didn't even get to order 😒 😑 literally walked out
