Staff was pleasant, service was decent, wait time was within reason, food was served quickly and hot, refills were prompt. All in all it was exactly as I expect for olive garden. I will be back very soon.

I said nevermind but still tipped them.. big mistake. Got home and they didn't put the pineapple on my personal pizza that I paid extra for. Went back, manager apologized and said did I want some pineapple in a cup or remade. He insisted they would remake it. So I sat in the lobby for amither 8 minutes. Got my pizza. Came home and realized they did not remake it( i live up the street). They pretended they did and it was cold and tough. You folks are SHADY and should get rid of the store Manager. Not going back.

Again, had hair in it so really I shouldn’t even be making this post because that should have been handled with no problem. But instead they insisted that I bring the pasta back up there in order to get a refund. I then told them I’m at work and that I work at a hospital so I can’t just leave to go back. She also said she can remake the food so I told her send a DoorDash to deliver and she said no they can’t do that and I said yeah because it cost money to travel back and forth so why should I be expected to do that when it was there mistake. Their mistake should not be my inconvenience, they could have an easily fixed this issue and instead chose to go back and forth with me about it. Worst Pizza Hut ever!
