The person behind the screen did not know how to speak clearly, especially with the broken drive thru speaker. Then I get my food which is ready but not my drinks. That would have been fine except they made us wait 20 min for a hot drink. That came to the car cold just like our food. Then they bring out one drink not two. I asked for an unsweetened iced tea. I was given a large sweet tea. I paid an extra dollar for this but had to get it changed yet again. Even more time for a simple tea so I asked for a refund. They denied the refund since they were giving my tea 30 MINUTES AFTER WE ORDERED. I never have a problem with this McDonald’s but in the last few weeks it’s been a complete mess. With how expensive fast food is now you’d think the level of service would be there. I already contacted customer service but I doubt I will be getting any sort of refund.
