I added barbecue sauce and ketchup packets to my order, but it wasn't put inside the bag. They placed all the food in the bag, but no sauce. Not only that but, they placed a printout receipt sticker on the bag and it showed barbecue sauce and ketchup packets on the receipt. I was annoyed, how do you place nuggets and fries in the bag but forget to include the sauce. Just like at a drive-thru, when you order nuggets they ask you "what type of sauce" and you tell them barbecue sauce. However, sometimes they don't place it in the bag and apparently that's what happened tonight. **Very disappointing!

Whoever she is built like an ice cream cone and her staff were completely rude to like 5 customers in a span of 30 minutes. Yes drive thru times are important but do better with the customer service for lobby as well there’s no reason why people are having to wait more than 10 minutes to even place an order or for food and being told that if they don’t like it they can leave. I have never seen anything like that no matter how busy you get. They yelled at a elderly customer who asked if they were going to take his order after they had all lobby waiting to even place a order and all he wanted was a cup of coffee. Yes Kiosks are a thing but that doesn’t give anyone the right to yell at a customer especially the older ones who might not understand the Kiosks. Do better.
