Never had any issues here or had any missing items in my order.
Everything tasted fine and was fresh. My 9 year enjoys playing in the play area. I have dined in and ordered through doordash for delivery and never had any problems here.

Genuinely the worst service i’ve ever experienced. We came in with two drive through codes for a mobile order pickup. We gave the two codes at the drive thru window no problem. When we get to the window to receive our food they only gave us one order. We explained multiple times that we had two orders and they just kept saying they didn’t have it. They told us to come inside and they would help us. So we did and we were told the same thing again. I tried to show my receipt which I was charged for my order but they wouldn’t even look at it. The person, possibly the manager “lizzette” was incredibly useless just repeating the same thing and wouldn’t even take my order at the register when I wanted to reorder my food that i had already paid for. I normally am a very reasonable person but the service here was truly an experience like no other. I could tell she was saying anything she could to get us out as fast as possible. I could’ve been talking to a rock and got more assistance. Will most definitely never come here again, just wish they would hire more competent individuals who have actual trouble shooting skills.
