This is the worst McDonald's I've visited in the US. The irresponsible manager doesn't do their job. The food is cold and different from what I ordered.

Overall food here is pretty consistent. There have been a couple occasions where I've waited at the menu to order/give my app order # and I have to as if anyone is there.

Worst service ever. The regional manager was extremely rude and unprofessional, and her behavior felt discriminatory. I do not recommend this location to anyone.
I waited my entire lunch break in line, only to receive no help when I politely asked for an explanation of the charges. I ordered one meal and substituted my drink for a frappe, yet I was charged $15 for a medium fry. When I asked why, she could not explain it at all.
Because of the way I was treated, I ended up leaving without eating anything and requested a refund. No apology was offered just continued rude behavior. I left hungry, frustrated, and very disappointed with the service.

Boyfriend ordered a breakfast burrito for me. The tips of the tortilla are rock hard. No mixed vegetables like google says there's supposed to also what I remember it having. For the first 3 inches of my burrito it was just tortilla. Im so disappointed.

****AVOID AT ALL COSTS****
I just did curbside pickup, and when I received my order, the fries were less than halfway full. One of the managers dropped it off, but when I tried to wave her back, she looked at me and immediately went back inside. I then went through drive-thru to get it resolved, and another lady told me it wasn't true. Eventually, she took my entire bag to "see the receipt" and then brought it to the front without asking me. I asked her where my other food went, and she smiled said that she sent it to the front for the fries. When I got there, they ignored me for a few minutes before the manager opened the window and just pass me the bag. There was a full fry in there, so I assumed it was fine. Only after I drove away did realize that all three remaining sandwiches had been opened up, and the fries that they had put in were completely ruined. It looks like they filled the container with their garbage fries in it and did something to the sandwiches.
Again, THIS WAS THEIR MANAGER.
