I asked for the customer’s name to make sure I had the correct order — which is standard procedure — and an employee got very rude and even threatened to ‘ban’ me from the restaurant. I was polite the whole time, but the attitude and disrespect were completely unnecessary. This location really needs better customer service and professionalism.
