    3/4 kiosks were broken or had problems. It was cold inside. Probably not running the heat. I thought it ironic the floors got mopped when customs came. Making it slippery..id not want to introduce the risk of slips, injury or lawsuits. When staff had meeting on side table. It was 100% all spanish.. interesting as I thought ca had rules about speaking English i. Work place on work related discussions

    I love this McDonald's been going there since 2002 they give preference to the people in the drive through and food delivery but if you're not in a rush it's cool to dine in and there's also a bunch of homeless people outside most of the time nowadays since COVID idk why

    This MCDonalds does NOT open at the time it says it will, and the drive-thru staff require CUSTOMER PROMPTING to get you your order! NOT a place I would visit more than once!

    Terrible. Two trips in 3 days. Both times I waited at least 2 minutes to order thru drive thru. 1st pay window was unmanned and was confused where to pay. Seems understaffed.

    I was in rush i order online because I don’t have wait in line for long time then when went to second window they first hand me Dr Pepper and i order coke and I really don’t like dr pepper Then burger bun i so soggy and chicken is so cold and dry I clearly coustmize my order with extra ketchup extra mayonnaise but I didn’t get that and fries i put it in normal with salt its also soggy cold fries i am disappointed with this location northgate location is good no doubt
