I informed them that they need to make a new order, and they took 25 minutes to make one caramel frappuccino. I had to call while I was waiting in the pickup lane to figure out what was taking so long for my order and another ladies order parked next to me... All in all 30 minutes for 1 frappuccino. When I called this morning to let management know about my experience, they could barely speak English and hung up. I'll keep calling, but I'm sure they'll keep hanging up! Stellar service, on top of stellar service, on top of stellar service at this location!

Their morning food is poor quality and sometimes burned while their soda drinks aren't mix well and doesn't taste right.
